Technology is supposed to make life easier.  Well, if that is all you have to do, maybe.......  Who really has time to learn all that there is to learn? This button, then this link, then this tab - really????? I admit I enjoy it, until reality sets in and there are clothes to wash and dished to do.  And I'm pretty sure I like sunshine every once in a while too!  Balance.  I'll let others be the experts.
